BROOKLYN - Police say they have identified the man who they believe sexually assaulted an elderly woman in East New York last month.

Police say the suspect, 23-year-old Devon Lloyd, approached a 61-year-old woman as she was walking near Livonia and Vermont avenues on the morning of June 23, forced her into a stairwell and assaulted her.

Lloyd is described as 6 feet 2 inches tall, weighing about 200 pounds. Police say he was last seen wearing a black jacket with a black shirt and light blue jeans.

Anyone with information on Lloyd's whereabouts is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
