BROOKLYN - Police say they have made a second arrest in connection with the beating of a woman at a Marine Park bus stop yesterday.

According to authorities, an argument between three young black girls and a 22-year-old white woman over a cigarette led to the girls beating the woman and ripping her pants off.

Police arrested one girl at the scene and are still searching for the third suspect.

Authorities say they are investigating the incident as a bias crime.
