Police make arrest in shooting death of Midwood clerk

BROOKLYN - Authorities arrested a man yesterday in the murder of a wine store clerk in Midwood.

Police charged 33-year-old Eion Klass with first-degree murder in the shooting death of Yoseph Robinson last week.

NYPD officials say Klass has a long rap sheet that includes going to prison in 1998 for second-degree attempted murder. He was released in 2009 on conditional parole.
