Police: Man killed in Bed-Stuy shooting

Police are on the hunt for a shooter after they say a 31-year-old man was fatally shot in Bedford-Stuyvesant on Saturday morning.

Police say the victim was shot twice in the torso and taken to a hospital before he died.

BROOKLYN - Police are on the hunt for a shooter after they say a 31-year-old man was fatally shot in Bedford-Stuyvesant on Saturday morning.

Officials say that just after 6 a.m. they responded to a shooting at 802 Herkimer St.

Authorities say the victim was shot twice in the torso and taken to a hospital before he died.

The shooting reportedly followed an argument between the shooter and the victim. It's unclear what caused the dispute.

Anyone with information about the shooting is urged to call police.
