BROOKLYN - Police are searching for the man who they say robbed a woman in Red Hook last week.

The incident occurred inside the elevator of an apartment building located at 92 Centre Mall.

Police say the suspect demanded money from the 72-year-old victim, and made off with $31 in cash. The woman suffered no injuries.

The suspect is described as being in his mid-20s, about 5 feet 4 inches tall and 175 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.
