Police are searching for a Bedford-Stuyvesant man they say stabbed his toddler in the head Saturday night.Family members told police officials that the incident happened

BEDFORD-STUYVESANT - Police are searching for a Bedford-Stuyvesant man they say stabbed his toddler in the head Saturday night.

Family members told police officials that the incident happened at about 10 p.m. during a domestic dispute when the man, Jamar Brown, grabbed a butter knife and went after the child's mother inside 765 Jefferson Ave.

Police say the child was rushed to the hospital and is expected to recover. A description of Brown has not yet been released.
