BROOKLYN - Police have confirmed that they are questioning a person of interest tonight in the Queens bodega shooting that killed a Brooklyn man.

Police say Juan Torres, the owner of the bodega, was killed last week while trying to protect his younger brother from an armed robber.

The family says Torres' death was the third time they have lost a loved one in a bodega robbery.
