BROOKLYN - Police are investigating after a man was shot dead late Friday evening in Brooklyn.

Officials say 27-year-old Arzu Francisco was shot 11-12 times by a group of people on the corner of Blake and Lincoln avenues.

Francisco was taken to Brookdale Hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival.

Police say no arrests have been made in the case.

Investigators say Francisco leaves behind a 3-year-old daughter.
