THE BRONX - Police have released surveillance video of a man they say shot and killed a 24-year-old Brooklyn man on Hancock Street.

It happened on April 19, after police received a 911 call of an assault in progress around 10:40 p.m. 

They say officers discovered 24-year-old Harold Culler shot several times in the face and body.

Culler was transported to Woodhull Hospital where he was pronounced dead. 

Police say a man can be seen walking up the stairs inside 891 Hancock St. on surveillance video just moments before Culler is shot.

Anyone with information is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS.
