Police: Robert Daniel charged after hitting pedestrian on Atlantic Avenue in Bed-Stuy

Police say a 35-year-old man has been charged after hitting a pedestrian in Bed-Stuy. 

According to police, Robert Daniel struck a 52-year-old man at Atlantic and Bedford avenues at around midnight. The victim is in critical condition at Interfaith Hospital. 

The speed limit at the intersection had just been reduced to 25 mph as part of Mayor Bill de Blasio's "Vision Zero"...
