THE BRONX - Police are still searching for a man they say stabbed a 61-year-old man to death inside a Logan Street home and lit the building on fire.

Back in January, first responders say they found 61-year-old Romulo Heras dead inside an apartment on Logan Street. Police say the investigation shows wounds on Heras’ body were the cause of death, not the fire.

Police have identified the suspect as 17-year-old Jahkeem Scott.

Scott was seen in surveillance photos at the entrance of the apartment building and next to a squad car that patrolled the area.
