BROOKLYN - Police are searching for a second suspect in connection to a deadly shooting.

The incident occurred on June 15 near the intersection of MacDougal and Thomas Boyland streets.

Investigators say around 4 p.m. they got call of a man shot in the area. 

Once on scene they found 46-year-old Robert Thomas with at least one gunshot wound to the head.  He was rushed to the hospital, but did not survive.

Police say the man they are searching for was seen running westbound on MacDougal Street before getting into a red four-door sedan. 

Police have already charged 38-year-old Derrick Nivens with murder.
