BROOKLYN - Police are asking for the public's help in identifying a man wanted in connection to an assault in Brooklyn.

Police say the suspect was asked to leave a grocery store on Fulton Street around 3 p.m. on April 4.

He reportedly became enraged and attempted to hit the victim with a machete.

The victim was not injured in the attack.

The suspect is described as 5 foot 9 inches and 175 pounds.
