BROOKLYN - Police are asking for the public's help tracking down a missing 12-year-old girl.

Investigators say Starmeka Copeland was last seen on Lafayette Avenue at around 8:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Copeland lives in downtown Brooklyn, is 5 feet 5 inches tall and 110 pounds. Anyone with information should call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
