BROWNSVILLE - Police have released a composite sketch of an unidentified man who was found dead on the streets of Brooklyn.

The man was discovered on Jan. 15 on Sutter Avenue in Brownsville. 

They say he is between 18 and 25 years old and was wearing a black sweatshirt and cargo pants. 

Anyone with information about his identity is asked to call the NYPD at 1-800-577-TIPS.
