BROOKLYN - Police are searching for the suspect and a witness in connection with a brutal assault inside a Bed-Stuy liquor store.

Authorities released a picture of the suspect, who they say entered Lucky Liquor Store on Myrtle Avenue late Tuesday night. He allegedly punched and kicked the 61-year-old victim, who then ran out of the shop.

Cops also released the photo of a woman who they say witnessed the entire attack, and want to question her about what happened.

Anyone with information is urged to contact police.
