CROWN HEIGHTS - Police say a Brooklyn teenager was fatally shot outside a Nostrand Avenue restaurant Friday afternoon.

Authorities found the 18-year-old victim, who was hit in the torso, at the scene when they responded to calls about a shooting outside China City on Nostrand Avenue around 1 p.m. Friday. Police believe the teen was from Crown Heights. He was pronounced dead at Kings County Hospital.

Officers say the sidewalk was covered in shattered glass from gunshots breaking the windows of the restaurant. Police have yet to make an arrest.
