NEW YORK - Port Authority board members are expected to vote today on proposed toll hikes.

The plan, introduced by New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie and Gov. Andrew Cuomo yesterday, calls to increase tolls by $1.50 for drivers with E-Z Pass entering New York from New Jersey. Drivers without E-Z Pass would pay $2 more.

The Port Authority's original plan would have more than doubled tolls for some motorists from $8 to $17 by 2014.
