BROOKLYN - The snow and frigid conditions mean more potholes for frustrated drivers in Brooklyn.

Potholes have the potential to cause accidents, flat tires and various other auto problems.

According to the city's Department of Transportation, more than 58,000 potholes have been repaired in the city since Jan. 1 and the work is far from over. They say that once the snow melts, even more potholes will begin to appear.

While potholes may cause frustration for drivers, Prospect Heights auto repair shop owner Rohan Williams says he doesn't know what he would do without them.

"Don't fix them," Rohan jokes. "I need the money."
