Powerful nor'easter hits Brooklyn

BROOKLYN - A nor'easter wreaked havoc on Brooklyn Saturday, slamming the borough with strong winds and heavy rain.

Residents say many Brooklyn streets were covered with deep puddles caused by the storm and walking was made nearly impossible by the strong winds.

The high winds caused trees across the borough to fall down, blocking roads and damaging homes and vehicles.
