BROOKLYN - Hillary Clinton is saying hello and getting to know the Brooklyn community that has become home to her presidential campaign headquarters.
The 2016 White House hopeful released a new video on her Facebook page Thursday called "Hello Brooklyn." That same day, she spent time stopping by a few shops on Montague Street in Brooklyn Heights.

Clinton did a little bit of shopping, buying a dress for her 7-month-old granddaughter, and then grabbed a bite to eat at Monty Q's. She also spent time taking photos and talking to locals.

Most people say it's an exciting honor to have the former first lady and secretary of state in the neighborhood.
