Prospect Heights church finds new home

BROOKLYN - A Prospect Heights church has found a new home and new hope after being forced out of P.S. 91.

The Abundant Life church relocated to Washington Avenue due to a Department of Education ban against religious service in public spaces. The city says it blurs the line between separation of church and state.

Pastor and Brooklyn Assemblyman Karim Camara says the rule is discriminatory. He argues that his church, along with others being displaced, pay rent just like other organizations.
