BROOKLYN - The Prospect Park Zoo is welcoming two baby sea lions to the family.

The sea lion pups were found orphaned and stranded along the coast of California, and will now be making their home in New York after it was determined that they could not survive in the wild.

The pups will now be spending their time by the pool with the zoo's other two sea lions, Stella and Beebe.

Another new sea lion was also born in the Bronx earlier this summer
