BROOKLYN - Protesters gathered at Baruch College today to voice their support for the New York DREAM Act.

The act would allow undocumented immigrants who graduate from New York public high schools to apply for financial aid at in-state colleges. Right now, these students just receive in-state tuition, and no chance for scholarships.

The New York DREAM Act passed the Assembly last week, and residents are hoping the Senate can vote on the act before the session comes to an end in two weeks.
