MARINE PARK - The manager of a Marine Park pet store is pleading for the safe return of a Shih Tzu puppy after it was stolen Tuesday.

David Dietz, the manager of Puppy Paradise, says two men stole the 8-week-old puppy, named Pal, out of its cage. A third man allegedly stood lookout and Dietz says the robbery was caught on surveillance video.

The store says they don't want to prosecute the three suspects, they just want Pal returned safely to the pet store.

Two years ago, a Yorkie was stolen from the same pet store. The dog was brought back a few weeks later after the store owner pleaded for its safe return.
