Questions surround death of Brownsville man

Investigators are trying to determine what happened to a man who was found dead in his car a few feet from a hospital on Sunday.

BROOKLYN - Investigators are trying to determine what happened to a man who was found dead in his car a few feet from a hospital on Sunday.

Police say 46-year-old Fitzgerald McBride, of Brownsville, was shot in his car on Atlantic and Albany avenues. Police are trying to determine if McBride drove himself to Interfaith Medical Center after being shot.

Police know that McBride was at a party on Saturday. McBride's nephew says that his uncle called him saying, "they shot me."

So far no arrests have been made, and police say investigation is ongoing.
