THE BRONX - The family of slain teen Ramarley Graham is taking their call for justice to the Bronx County District Attorney's Office.

Loved ones are holding another rally on East 161st Street in the Bronx, demanding a new indictment against the officer accused of fatally shooting the unarmed 18-year-old old last year.

A judge decided last month to throw out the indictment against Richard Haste due to misleading instructions presented to the grand jury. The district attorney will be able to present evidence to a new jury, but there is no timetable for when that will happen.

Graham's mother, Constance Malcolm, thanked everyone for their support during the protest as she collected signatures pleading for another chance at justice.
