BROOKLYN - Shots rang out in Vinegar Hill overnight, killing a 37-year-old man.

Police say Raymond Ayala was found inside a lobby at the Farragut Houses with a gunshot wound to his head.

He was rushed to Brooklyn Hospital in critical condition, but died shortly after.

Police describe the gunman as a bald Hispanic man with a mustache, appearing to be in his 30s.
