BROOKLYN - Bowling is a popular hobby for many, but it's also a great workout.

Hilda K. Broady, a certified USBC coach, says bowlers use every muscle in their body.

She says it's also good for hand and eye coordination, as well as math skills because people need to figure out which angles to use when trying to knock down pins.

Bowling is open to all levels of physical fitness, and is good for people of all ages.
