BROOKLYN - Going to the gym can get boring, but you can hit the bag with some pro-fighters for an alternative workout.

News 12's Natasha Geigel busted out her boxing gloves for a kickboxing class at Jungle Gym Martial Arts, which she says was a great stress reliever.

The class also offers a great full body workout as participants kick and punch their way to blasting calories.

First timers shouldn’t be intimidated by the class. Kickboxing can be tailored to fit all levels, and you don't have to compete or get involved with heavy physical content.
