BROOKLYN - Kizomba is a dance that is quickly gaining popularity across the country.

Philippe Saint-Louis is the founder of Kizomba NYC, the first Kizomba dance studio in the city.

The dance is a mixture of both Semba music from Angola and Zuke from the Caribbean.

An hour-long Kizomba class can burn about 300 to 320 calories.

Drop-in classes are $15 and packages are also available.
