FLATBUSH - It's the third month of the year, and trainers from Planet Fitness are offering their advice for those who may have had trouble with keeping their New Year's resolutions.

Desiree Gray, from the Planet Fitness location in Flatbush, suggests checking progress weekly and doing circuit training as a way to work on the entire body.

Gym members also suggest switching routines around to prevent getting bored with doing the same thing every day.
