NEW YORK - (AP) - Family members of those killed at the WorldTrade Center will share the podium with people involved inrebuilding the trade center site as they read the names of thevictims at this year's Sept. 11 ceremony.

Mayor Michael Bloomberg and Gov. David Paterson described theplans for the ceremony in a letter to victims' families yesterday.

The letter said that to recognize the progress that has beenmade in building a World Trade Center memorial, family memberswould be paired with people involved in the redevelopment such asarchitects and construction workers.

The ceremony will take place at Zuccotti Park just south of thetrade center site.
