BROOKLYN - The 21st annual Red Hook Fest will be continuing Saturday.

Brooklyn residents can enjoy live music from several groups and dancing at the Brooklyn Waterfront. Free kayak rides will be offered and people can take part in a Red Hook trivia contest.

The festival is made possible by Dance Theatre Etcetera, which focuses on expression through the arts.

Organizers say the event is about showcasing the next generation of Brooklyn artists.

The festivities began Thursday and will conclude Saturday at 7 p.m.
