BROOKLYN - One Brownsville resident says he is lucky to be alive after being trapped in his car during Tropical Storm Irene.

Zakee Moore says he was outside Saturday night when the wind knocked a tree onto his car at the intersection of East 54th and Lenox roads. Moore became trapped and had to be rescued by emergency officials.

Two other passengers in the car were unharmed.
