Residents call for more to be done over Brighton Beach pothole

BRIGHTON BEACH - Residents in Brighton Beach are calling for more to be done mere hours after the city fixed a pothole they had been complaining about for months.

Neighbors along Brighton First Road say that a dangerous pothole remained for at least a month before city crews came to fill it this morning.

Residents say that despite the fix, the pothole is already redeveloping hours later.

They are calling for the city to return to refill the pothole or make a more permanent fix so it doesn't redevelop.
