BROOKLYN - Brooklyn residents living near the Atlantic Yards say the project has failed to meet the needs of their community. Local leaders and residents will hold a meeting this evening to change the way the site is developed. They say there should be more than just an arena and interim parking lots on the 22-acre site, which will be the new home of the NBA's Nets. Designers and architects will also be in attendance.
