Residents rally against Ocean Hill homeless shelter

BROOKLYN - Residents are rallying against plans to build a men-only homeless shelter in Ocean Hill.

Residents say the neighborhood has about 11 homeless shelters already. Several gathered Sunday to protest the proposed shelter saying there?s already a shelter less than a block away.

Many say the money could be better used to build a YMCA or community center.
