BAY RIDGE - Residents cheered and remembered loved ones killed in the Sept. 11 attacks as President Barack Obama announced the death of Osama Bin Laden.

Some residents headed down to the Sept. 11 memorial at the 69th Street pier to remember and honor those who were killed on that day.
