CLINTON HILL - A number of residents in Clinton Hill say that dog owners are not cleaning up after their pets. Some say Waverly Avenue has become a dumping ground. The block is made up of a parking garage and buildings owned by St. Joseph?s College. Residents say since there are no homes on the street, dog owners are not picking up after their pets. Anyone caught not cleaning up after their pet faces a fine of up to $100 from the Department of Sanitation.
