BROOKLYN - Brooklyn residents and clergy members plan to protest Russian billionaire Mikhail Prokhorov.

Busloads of residents will travel to Madison Square Garden to protest the National Basketball Association?s decision to make Prokhorov a majority owner of the soon-to-be Brooklyn Nets team.

The group is asking NBA commissioner David Stern to investigate Prokhorov?s dealings with an investment bank he partially owns.
