BROOKLYN - Restaurant owners are participating in training to learn about new sanitation rules.

The new rules requires all food establishments to display their health grade in a prominent area. Eateries are judged on a point system and receive either an A, B or C grade.

Some restaurant owners say they are against the change because it covers a wide range of violations.

The rule goes into effect on July 1.
