Police say a robbery turned deadly in Bushwick today when a tire shop owner, known only as "Carlos," was shot and killed today over hub

BUSHWICK - Police say a robbery turned deadly in Bushwick today when a tire shop owner, known only as "Carlos," was shot and killed today over hub caps.

Police reported that a 6 foot tall, 40-year-old black man entered the tire shop located on Bushwick Avenue asking for hub caps.

When Carlos told the man to get his car, the man fatally shot the victim, according to investigators.

Police say that it's not entirely clear if anything was stolen from the shop.
