BEDFORD-STUYVESANT - City officials say repairs were made to a problem roadway but residents insist the problems were not solved.Officials from the Department of Transportation (DOT) say repairs were made to smooth out bumps and potholes along Nostrand Avenue between Gates and Jefferson avenues. However, area residents say if repairs were made, the storm has created new problems and their cars are suffering. Residents say they appreciate the DOT?s response to the problem roadway but want permanent relief.
