BROOKLYN - Brooklyn’s newest record shop, Rough Trade, opened its doors last week.

Brooklyn residents told News 12 that digital downloads have their benefits, but nothing beats browsing for records in store.

The manager says they have sold a lot of records since they opened on Monday and adds that Williamsburg was the perfect spot to open a record store.

They also sell books and magazines.

Rough Trade also has two locations in London.
