BROOKLYN - Sandy victims fed up with insurance claims sought help today from state representatives.

Representatives at the Mobile Command Center of the Department of Financial Services say they are fighting to help homeowners get the maximum amount of coverage they deserve from insurance companies, but admit it's been a challenge.

The representatives are contacting insurers for residents who have had no luck getting through to companies themselves.

The Department of Financial Services Insurance Division will be in Gerritsen Beach on Tuesday.
