BROOKLYN - Administrators at a school for the developmentally disabled say the second Swastika in 16 months was painted on the outside of their van.

The van belongs to the Residential Home for Developmentally Disabled Young Adults.

Councilman David Greenfield is offering a $1,000 reward to anyone with information about the incident.
