Sex shop faces closure for being too close to school

BROOKLYN - A Brooklyn sex shop could be closing soon after it opened because it's too close to a school.

Parents on Utica Avenue in the Flatlands say they are afraid their children will catch a glimpse of what's inside the shop.

The store also faces several other violations. It was converted to a sex shop without permission from the city.

The owner of the store could not be reached for comment.
