SHEEPSHEAD BAY - One restaurant in Sheepshead Bay has made it its motto to ?Fuel? its customers by giving them healthy choices for a healthy lifestyle.Fuel Energy Restaurant Owner Rick Gursoy decided to open the stores because he wanted to offer people a healthy option on the go. The Sheepshead Bay Fuel is the third chain location. He says protein shakes are the most popular item on the menu. He admits that his product comes at a higher price, with some items costing as much as $10. However, customers say the quality is worth the money.Some regulars say the borough and the city could use more restaurants like Fuel. They are pleased to know with the trans fat ban, restaurants will be forced to cook healthier food.
