Two Brooklyn residents were arrested after a hit-and-run accident in Manhattan Friday morning.

Police say a car driven by 20-year-old Shenequa Gayle, of Prospect Leffert Gardens, hit a pedestrian in a crosswalk on Bowery Street. They say she fled the scene across the Manhattan Bridge and into Brooklyn.
